Before I started, I thoroughly read the manual and the website.
First you need to do the sensitivity test on your inner arm, after 10min with no issues I washed my face and put the mask on as instructed. Turned it on for 10min and sat back to relax.
I am not sure what changed overnight but I did sleep very well and an extra 2 hours, this could be totally coincidental too. Now that Day 1 has gone well I will do 10min a day and keep you updated!
